About this data.Every month, a computer reads the City of Monroe Taxation & Revenue Division's report and adds the numbers here, net of refunds and adjustments, current through May 2026. If the city sends a corrected report later, we swap in the new numbers. “City of Monroe” combines the city's four sales taxes; “Monroe City School Board” combines its three school taxes; “Parish-wide” is every Ouachita Parish jurisdiction combined. Collections lag sales by roughly two months.
