End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of Command (the “Application”), available at app.douglasharvey.com. The Application is a private, internal business-management platform operated by Douglas Harvey on behalf of his business entities, including HMG Operations (The UPS Store locations in West Monroe and Ruston, Louisiana) and Black Pine LLC (the “Operator”).

1. Who may use the Application

The Application is not offered to the public. Access is limited to individuals expressly authorized by the Operator, such as staff and managers of the Operator’s businesses. The public pages of this site (issue submission and status tracking) may be used by constituents without an account.

2. License

The Operator grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Application for the Operator’s internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account.
• Use the Application only for legitimate business purposes assigned to your role.
• Do not attempt to access data or pages beyond your assigned role, probe or disrupt the service, or copy data for use outside the Operator’s businesses.

4. Third-party services

The Application displays business data retrieved from third-party services connected by the Operator, including QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.) for financial reporting and Asana for task management. Use of those services is governed by their own terms. The Application accesses them solely to present business information to authorized users.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Figures shown (including financial reports) are informational summaries and may lag or differ from the systems of record. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

6. Termination

The Operator may suspend or revoke access at any time, with or without notice. Sections 4 through 7 survive termination.
